Yes, we do many events in cities throughout the province including Edmonton and area, Ft McMurray, Calgary Jasper and many more. Please be aware that due to gas prices and the possible need for additional trucks and labour, to accommodate distant rentals, that delivery fess to other cities can be quite high. Please call our office for a quote for your location.
Absolutely not. Our professional drivers and set up crew will arrive early enough to complete your set up well before your rental time starts. We want you to have all the time you paid for as play time!
That all depends on the volume of rentals we have for that day. Generally we arrive 1 to 3 hours prior to your rental start time. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as easily as 4 hours in advance. Once we have our delivery schedule arranged for your event day, we will call you with a more firm delivery time.
No. The bouncer, bouncy castle, obstacle course or slide should be clean when you get it. Bounceroo Party Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental. Regular cleaning and maintenance is one of our most strict business practices and one the the keys behind our success.
Yes, the blower must keep blowing air into the bouncer unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the inflatable, or alternatively a generator to supply the electricity. No need to worry about an extension cord either, we always bring our own 12 gauge extension cords..

We accept cash, e-transfer or credit card payment. If paying by cash please have exact change as our drivers to not carry cash. Our drivers carry portable credit card machines and can accept M/C or Visa. Please note that a 5% admin fee will apply to all credit card transactions.
We will accept cheques from school and churches and some companies, but please note that we do NOT accept personal cheques. Check with our office staff if you wish to pay by cheque and are unsure.

We have a to risk weather policy. We don't control the weather and neither do you. We fully refund and paid booking if cancellation is due to inclement weather. For further details please see our weather page.

Most of our standard bouncy castles are 13' x 13' with some a little larger at 15' x 15'. The combo units and obstacles can be much larger. Please note that the space required for each jump is listed in the details with each unit. Some of the units are VERY big, so please be sure you have adequate space to git your inflatable. The inflatables need room to be securely staked, and they need room for the blower, and they may not rub up against walls, fences or trees as this can damage the unit. If in doubt about your space, please give us a call. We are always happy to help.

We set up on grass or concrete (asphalt) only. We do NOT set up on dirt, sand or gravel of any kind.
Grass is the best option for both the inflatable and for the riders. Setting up on grass allows us to use stakes which are the most secure method of anchoring an inflatable against the wind. Safety is a priority for us and we may insist on grass set up for certain units.
Concrete or asphalt is another option for set up. We anchor the inflatables with sandbags when doing this type of set up. Unfortunately this is not as secure as staking into grass so we do need to be more cautious about the wind when setting up on concrete. We may also have a small additional charge for the sandbag labour depending on the particular set up.

Certainly. We want every customer to fully read and understand the safety rules and the details of the contract. Once you have placed your booking a confirmation is emailed to your with the inflatable safety rules, as well as a link to the details of the contract. If you have not pace a booking yet, but would like to see the safety rules and contract just give us a call and we are happy to share those with you.
Yes and No. It will depend on the damage and the situation. Damage done by misuse, abuse, theft or neglect to follow the rules is your responsibility and you will be billed to the damages.
We do offer a Damage Waiver for only 8% of the rental total which will protect you from those accidental and unforeseen things that have a way of happening. Peace of mind ensures you have a relaxing and happy rental experience. Be sure to ask us about details of our damage waiver.

We do allow customer pick ups with some of our carnival games, foam parties and laser tag items. We do not allow customer pick up for inflatable bouncy castles, obstacle courses, slides or combos. A proper and safe set up is extremely important to us and our insurance company specifies that Bounceroo staff must do the set up of these inflatable items. Some of these inflatable weigh up to 600 pounds, so why not let us take care of the heavy lifting.
